torsion bar

i am having front springs fitted to my clio tomorrow at just a normal garage. do u reckon they will be able to lower my torsion bar too, or does this need to be done by a specialist?

You will have to ask but if they are not sure dont let them do it cos it is different on a clio to other cars it is a b*****d job!

prob best to go to a specialist but expect to spend about £75 to £100

Depends where you are in the country really but theres loads of people on here who know how to do it, its not that hard, just a bit of a b*****d to get it right... maybe someone near you would offer there assistance?!

theres a guide on here somewhere shows you ho to do it yourself, best left alone if your not very mechanically minded though.
