Toxic fume monitoring warning light is flashing

This started flashing today and the car is really struggling to rev while driving. Im assuming the CAT needs replaced? Its a 1.2. Will the car need plugged in after?

Could be a injector gone if it's flashing

Whats the best way of checking if the injector is gone mate?

Is it the d4f or d7f engine?

Honestly couldn't tell you. Its a 2001, 1.2 16v petrol
