tracing the owners of my car....

how do i do this my log book only states the last owner?

How many owners has it had? Try the service book sometimes they have there name and address on them. Do you know where the car was bought from when new? If so try them

contact the previous owner before you and ask who the previous owner was and of they have a number, then if so contact them and so on and so forth, or ask the dvla

cheers, car has had 4 owners, the last owner is in aus and i dont have the service book

isnt helped by the fact that Reynolds (southport) are no longer in buisness and the signs on the car are that they were the last reno dealer to sell it.

if you go to a ren dealer and ask nice they should be able to bring up the history of your car when it was serviced and where (if its been done by a network dealer)

think you can check it on a HPI check thru the AA or dvla

I'm sure they are now called Southport 2000 now mate. I was going to buy my 182 from them and go past them all the time.
