track day springs

Good evening all


Hoping someone can help, ive just bought koni adjustable suspension for my cup, but am unsure what springs to run, ive heard mixed reviews on the springs koni provide with the kit, can anyone recomend any other options that will work well with the koni shocks please?

the car will be doing a few track days, so im not to bothered if the right is firm

Eibach sportlines and koni usually get a good write up.

I have just bought Sportlines but have not yet fitted them to my car, what ever you do don`t buy Apex springs.
