Track Rod Ends

Hi all,

Managed to damage the thread on one of my track rod ends when getting it out yesterday and now the nut won't go back on.

Are the euro car parts ones any good or is it worth shelling out for genuine ones?
Also, is it ok just to do one side or should I change both while I'm at it?

Lemforder are good (they are the OEM I believe?) and available at ECP.

It's good practice to change both, but not essential.
