Track springs..

Currently on Koni's and Sportlines - excellent set-up prob the best for the road as it soaks the bumps but loads better than std. Will put the shocks to max at Bedford see if that make a difference.

Going to be doing a bit a tracking this year so will probabley need a stronger spring..any suggestions.. What are the spring ratings etc.?

Or is it a case of coilovers - hear that H&R are fast road too and still a bit soft for the track..

LOL... Stiffer springs only tell me whats the options and the lb ratings... Coilovers are for posers..
