Expect more trouble. Trackday insurance is a rip-off. They assume that you are a total lunatic. I had insurance the first time at Bedford - turned out to be safer than driving through an average city centre as long as you do as they suggest in the briefing regarding cooling-down laps etc.
Yeah, I was surprised at just how well-organised our Donnington trackday was Mike - most people were behaving themselves and doing as instructed in the briefing, but Id certainly not want to risk a nice shiny Clio V6 on track without insurance!!! I got insurance through Competition Car Insurance Ltd and, yes, they were a total rip-off, but at least I knew I could go out and enjoy myself without worrying too much - that was possibly worth the outlay for my piece of mind I think!?!
I couldnt find anyone else that would even quote me for a trackday, so please let us all know if you get any joy.

Bedford Autodrome offer insurance, if you want Ill get the contact details. But I agree with Mike, its not worth it, you can go as fast as you like and as long as you keep out the way of any other idiots youll be fine. Theres only 1 corner with a barrier and just be careful at that bend on the brakes and youll have no trouble
