I sucked at 0-60. Hard. Not the car's fault, just dropping the clutch at 5k normally involves a bit of a squeak and a lot of go - on the much more adhesive 'mac on the strip it just meant near enough a stall.
Decided against giving myself the dissatisfaction of a crap 0-60, would rather not make it instead! I guess I have too much mechanical sympathy to abuse it down a strip. Definitely getting some track time booked though - the way home was superb across country. As Greeny 172 said, the journey in was s**t. No wonder F1 are sodding off elsewhere.
Regarding Ken Block, the announcer overhyped it and they pissed me off with the whole 2 minutes on track, 10 minutes swapping tarts over thing because she was screaming. Strap one in, gag her and leave her there until she pisses on the floor. There's no denying that he's an astonishingly accurate and 'interesting' driver though.
Was also good to put names to faces - nearly 3 years on here and I'd not met many of you! Maybe Gem, Gem, Luke, Matt (Norm), Adam etc. but that's my lot!
Good luck to Needster et al on the way home - sod being up until the hours they were and then driving home! And .Gem., get some pics up. You've got possibly one of the most epic 'Vtec just kicked in yo' pictures I've ever seen!

Was a good day, knackered now though.
Stand was good, enjoyed a nose at all the cars. Thanks to Schweppy for the Cobra's though, went and ordered the subframes at the D.tweeks stand straight after
