Most of you know i pretty much loathe Trax. But despite this it was a decent turn out.

Thanks to all for making the effort, I spoke to a lot of you on the day and you all seemed happy to be there despite the rain.

Kudos to the man who binned his Clio, I know you were a bit gutted but its minor damage!

Just a quick post to say what a great stand we had a trax great parking and positon tent was good very profesional .
Best club stand on show imo. well done guys.:approve:

Despite the utterly shite weather.. had an enjoyable day, thanks mainly to being made so welcome by the CS team!! Great to meet you and chat at last Tom. Good to see Luke and Brian again.. thanks for sorting the passes out bud. Great to put another face to a name too.. Dan! I would have sat with you guys for a while longer on the way back from the Southend meet, but I really do like to get my foot down :p Loving the R26 fella!
Had a good chat with a fair few people, was a very chilled and easy going atmosphere in the CS tent, with drinks!!

Thanks again to all those that made this happen!

Can only echo what you guys have already said. I was expecting it to be a disappointment as it looked pretty similar to the show last year. It was good to finally put names to faces (guillame, Owen, and quite a few others). Meeting these new faces certainly make going to the shows worth while. I'm already looking forward to the 2012 season. Kudos to Brian, Tom, Seb and mrs Seb and Baby for getting there so early and lasting pretty much most of the day. Can't fault you guys in anyway possible.

I still think Brian should have went serial killer on that bellend doing donuts all day. That's the only thing I can really fault on what was a brilliant day.

Roll on 2012.

hey guys, stand looked great what a turn out again this year.....i was over with the megane sports this year, i really thought clio sport should of won best turnout club coz corsa won it and they wasn't as big as you guys.

Good things: Meeting more nice cs people, the awesome cs marquee, Seb and Claire's cake.

Bad things: Rain, noise from constant donuts and having to shout at people to be heard.

Well done and thanks to everyone that helped set up and dismantle, and everyone for attending

Hey guys was my first time at trax and didn't know what to expect.

the cs stand was spot on and had a fantastic area :) you guys did a cracking job nice one :)

But Trax overall I thought was a bit disappointing I was expecting more traders tbh i.e. Tuners and motorsport specialists and less of 24"wheels and 50" subs, but never mind I obviously had the wrong impression ;)

Great setup though fellas :)

Cliosport put on a good show and turnout, I went up as a passenger in the 'binned' 182. After taking a stroll around, I reckon the Cliosport stand was one of the best in terms of turnout, and in terms of organisation.

I'll come and say hello to more people next time I think, was a bit of a busy day finding and meeting people, and watching the track action from the 3rd floor Brooklands suit :D

Claire's cake was awesome tbf - definately something we need more of at future shows.

I had a good time.

Highlight for me was the 0-60 sprint when Sarah182Cup beat the time Tom172Cup set in his SC 172 Cup :)

The stand, as always, looked great!

I had a good time, highlight for me was the Nosferatu racing owner letting me have a sit in the drag car. Awesome stuff :).

As i said in the other thread,

Was a good day, popped into the tent and met Seb and Tom (thought I'd better make a effort seeing as I'd been in the club for about 3 years now lol)

Had a chat with a few people from the club about my car (one chap even recognised me from one of my cars mag appearances lol I'm famous)

Sorry to the Welsh lads I was chatting to having to keep asking you to repeat yourselves, I was having trouble with your accents lol

And good to meet 'stacky', hope the AA didn't keep you waiting to long, good luck sorting the Gearbox out mate.

Cheers to all of Admin yet again for organising one of if not the best put together stand if the show.

CS stand was in a decent spot this year, I like. Nice to speak to you Tom and Brian, if only briefly :eek: I promise I'll come over at the next show, I always forget!

Stand was great and I didnt realise quite so many people were going. Highlight for me was driving Marks car round and round the stand area and out around the rest of Silverstone once everyone had gone :D watched a bit of the drifting too, that was quite good.
And hope everyone that did track time went well :)

My first time at Trax this year, and as usual CS was up to its high standards and had a pretty good turn out. Was nice to finally say hi to the admin's properly as I found it all abit scary at CSS! :eek: Had a quick chat to Brian which was good as he normally looks like he's going to kill someone when ever if seen him before!

As for the show, I enjoyed it, weather was.......welll....British, but it didn't ruin my day. Good selection of cars and clubs, although I'm not massive on 'Me 22" Rims on dee Merc & me 15 fusion subs in da boot yo" kind of stuff. Other than the usual chavvy bits, the rest of the show was good, nice selection of things to look at.

It's great to turn up at events and see the black CS Marquee and the flags. Much better than the old white one. Seeing the number and quality of cars as well does fill you with pride and everyone was on best behaviour. It was good to chill in the Marquee in the morning and the banter was as good as always. It really is nice to belong to such a well supported Club. Thanks to all who made the CS stand as welcoming as it was and to stand out from the sea of bodykitted and anorak or chav brapp brapp stands that surrounded us.

Dont think i spoke to anyone! Next year i will come without any friends as all they wanted to do was explore the rest of the show!, I just wanted to talk about clios :eek: , Was a good day though although the weather did piss me off alot!. Cliosport stand was very well organised, everyone was parked well and not all over the place like some of the other stands. Tent looked great aswell. Looking forward to the next show/ meet so i can talk to some people.

LOL, maybe not stay at the Hilton either next year and camp at hamilton fields?

Weather was grim and I was uber tired so couldn't really be bothered with much. Show was pretty boring this year too which is a shame as its been good the past 2 years!

And yeah camping was the best bit! Show wasnt amazing, not that much to do. We stayed at Hemel or something though instead of Hamiltons.
