Around a month ago, I set off on a thursday night heading to Italy for my sisters wedding.

The ferry was booked for 12 midnight from Dover to Dunkirk, which took about 2 1/2 hours. 12 hours of boring French toll roads later we made it to Grenoble.

Not a bad place to stop off really, a decent night life, plenty of bars although I didn't realise they would be so expensive.
Next mornin we set off quite early for Grasse a few miles from the coast, via part of the french alps and route napoleon. Route napoleon being far better than I ever thought it would be.

Then early the next mornin was a drive along the coast for the grand prix.

I did buy the cheapest "seats" in the place so the view of the track was pretty shockin, but the view of the harbour and just bein there was good enough.

We left Monaco around 6 or 7 along the coast heading for Tuscany for my older sisters wedding. The village we were staying in - Casole D'elsa - was very nice, we had a couple of trips to Siena, Florence and Volterra while we were there too.

Wedding was brilliant and the roads around the village were some of the best I've ever seen. Stayin up til about 2 or 3 most nights of the week, so it was a steady drive back for the ferry from Dunkirk. We had a night in Susch, Switzerland and Neufchateau, France.

I've got so many good memories from this trip, three gallardos cruisin past doin about 120 at half 3 in the mornin, amazin food, hearing a ferrari 360 being given the beans through a tunnel near monaco. Next trip will have to be either the 'ring or Barcelona, this time on a touring bike though. And for anyone one whos interested/still reading this, I did a total of 2800 miles at 40 mpg. Cheers, Andrew.
And could an admin get rid of my earlier attempt at posting the photos please?
