tripomete/climate control trouble

hello again, fook im constantly wriying problems............. well any way driving home earlier and went to turn my temp down and the fan power went down too, and it switched to air con then back to the midle setting. turned temp back up and fan power went back up............. second issue been driving for approx 20 min and hit the trip button my mpg was down to 10 mpg then in an instant it flew up to 99.9 mpg. looked good but its not...... any ideas thanks
