Trophy Colour

I assume the clio trophy's colour is called Capsicum red? I am right in believing this?

I just ask as my 1.2 dynamique is capsicum red and I hardly see ANY of them about in the same colour. Anybody know why this could be? Was it Limited Edition or something? Am i also correct in thinking that NONE RS clios (besides the trophy if correct) are done in this colour?

Im thinking of puttin the RS body (such as front + rear bumpers + wings and skirts) into my 1.2 to make it look better. Probably would have a 172 rear bumper though as it saves faffing with twin exit.

no other rs was capsicum other than the trophy

it was a free colour on the normal clios.

Think may have been an option on non rs clios hense the lack of numbers.

fair play on that then. Just an idea getting the RS kit, the front standard bumper looks ugly.

Just seem weird seeing such a lack of them about, and so many silvers/blacks/blues.... common colours really.

I thought capsicum car a one off colour for the trophy I stand corrected.

I personally think it looks stunning on the trophy's but very average on the Non RS's. Its probably down to the colour coding and better looking bumpers though.

Aye, I think the colour coding and the bumpers dont help at all when compaired to the trophys! gay reno!

Its a crap paint though! It seemed to me, to be a very soft paint even by renaults standards. I found the colour scratched and even with waxing never seemed to come up as good as the Renault id paints.

Trophys still look very cool though.

The paintwork on my Trophy isn'e exactly of a high standard. Roll on the summer when I can clay it again.

Red is a colour that fades very easily if not proctected, higlighted by all the pink corsa's etc you see flying about. Really like it when it's all waxed up though.
