tunes from ipod to pc, HOW?

my computer went on a mad one last night and i had to restore it all to how it was new, and so i have lost everything, however i have all my music and pictures on my ipod, how do i get the music from the ipod back onto my pc???? its an ipod video.

i've found it annoying that you can't do that with itunes. Probably part of apples anti pirate music policy...

I use ipod rip, not sure if there is a PC version.

Theres a tool called Copypod which i have at home, which will let you export music. I can host it for you later if you can't find it.

Also if you can get version 0.7 of Ipod Agent (back when it was freeware) that will let you do it too.
