I see some places quote Turinis as being light. This true? Anyone know the weight of them? I must admit when i had them off they didnt seem to heavy! lol

17" + speedlines are flow formed..im sure up to 17" are just normal,

o.z superleggeras are forged so very light in all sizes

I thought Turinis were light (relatively anyway), that being the whole point of them being on the Cup?

I found Turini's very weighty

someone quoted 9kg`s per alloy last week, so there not too heavy the 172 standard wheel is 10.5kg`s i seem to remember. i know there are 7kg wheels around and thewould be 4 x 2kg saving = 8kg of unsprung wieght = 8hp gain in theory but lets face it the turinis look mint and suit the 172cup down to the ground, i would like lighter wheels but id want a simular look and i wouldnt fancy shelling out £700 for 4 new lighter alooys + fitting and wheel balancing just for the small gain. rather spend that on decat, Rsport, induction etc..
