Tyre fitting/rear springs fitting quote, good price?

So, I don't have axel stands or the knowledge/equip (yet!) to fit the rear springs. Need the rear tyres replaced anyway... so asked for a quote to fit new tyres to the rims + do shocks at the same time, with me providing the tyres. Quote was £100 with all balancing, aligning etc.

Good/ok quote for the work? Anything I should ask them to check whilst they're doing it, if it's a good quote?

Sounds about right - £10 per tyre fit, £30 alignment not really needed but might as well and hour labour for the springs (it's only about 20 minutes to do but realistically most garages will charge an hour for anything they do). However, if you shop around you might get a better deal.
