tyre pressure psi

hi people what is everyones tyre pressure. the manuel says 33psi and 30psi. Is that correst pressure. If not what does everyone do it to. 195/16 45 normal clio cup wheels. cheers peps

Thats what I run usually or 32/29 but not much difference really!
