Tyre Pressure....?

  57 Clio Campus Sport
Got 03 Clio 1.2 but I've put 16" OZ SuperT's on. What tyre pressure should I put in? Should I use the figure for the 2.0 with 16" wheels in the manual?

I always keep my tyres to 28psi on the front and 30psi on the rears, regardless of profile. Never had a problem with it.

So you use nitrogen?
Would you recommend it?

I ask because Im just about to have my track wheels delivered, and was told that I could use nitrogen to save checking the pressures etc all the time.
Do the pressure change much when on track?

I used nitrogen instead of air, on the last two sets of tyres now, and tbh am very impressed with it.... Holds pressure much better then air imo.

Still not taking the 172 out on the track, so can't comment on that :(

Ah ok, I might consider it then :)

Silly question - but is it ok to top it up with air if there's nitrogen in there to begin with. I assume you can as its just a top up.
But most of the time on track, you're letting the pressure out as the psi increases with temp :)

That's a bit backwards is it not? The majority of the weight is at the front, so why have them under inflated?

i running 32 psi all round!! is it worth changing the pressures as i only use it on the roads!!

whats the benefits i read alot of post but nothing reall conclusive
