Tyre Pressures

Can anyone quickly tell me the correct tyre pressures for 195 / 45 / R16s tyres for my 172 Cup?

i have 195 / 55 / 15s on mine, and i have 34 in front, 32 in back

34 in the front because the front of the car is heavier (with the engine obviously)

Mine are 32-30

Manual says 33 at front and 30 at rear for normal driving. These need to be increased for regular motorway driving.

Why increased for motorway driving?? What difference would this have on taking corners?

I do long roads to work and back, but then like to have fun at night / weekend by throwing it around a bit, so best sticking with the manual pressures I guess!
