Tyre prices

Iv searched my favourites but can seem to find the online tyre websites. Im trying to get an idea of prices.

Can anyone recommend a decent set of tyres. But cheap if possible. Best price Iv got up to now is £83 + vat each for Good Year F1s 205/40/17 but if I can get another type thats £20 cheaper per tyre ill be happy cos im bloody skint at the moment.

ive always got good deals from http://www.topgear.co.ukwww.topgear.co.uk and cliosport has a 10% discount off them.

I have F1s on now and i find bridgestones are still better......F1s arent anything really special.

Phew!, I was thinking I must be the only one around here that doesnt really rate F1s too much... Since I put mine on about 4k ago, the car has felt a lot grippier but also a lot less agile - everythings gone a bit dull, and I cant wait for them to wear out! Thinking of going back to Michelins - the car felt a lot more mobile and fun with them on

Im not saying theyre bad or anything - quite the opposite - theyre really grippy in the dry and stunning in the wet, but I find they need quite a bit of heat building up before they give their best (which the Michelins didnt seem to need so much) and I like it when the car squirms a little, so theyre just not for me maybe?
