Tyre recommendations for fast road and track

Going to be putting my white clio on the road soon and covering some miles and maybe get a trackday in.

Been reading on here about soft sidwall flex and going semi slick route like ns2r , ar1's or advans.

Whats people's thoughts and looks like a 195/50r15 is what i need.

It won't be used daily and imagine its going to be noisy with no interior carpet over winter 🙈

I have Yokohama AD08R's on my RX8 track car, although it's dead and hasn't moved in a while... 🤦‍♂️

my 182 Van runs AD08RS and really impressed with them for fast road, when they are hot they have BAGS more grip than the PS3 I'm used to on 172/182, I've never tried them on track yet to see how they stand up to the abuse but I believe plenty use them so should be all good!
