Tyres - 205 or 195?

What are the pros and cons of 205 55's versus 195 45's? I've got 205's on 16" wheels at the moment, no big problems just wondering if there's any benefit to changing. Cheers.

55 side walls would be to tall and mushy for a Clio. Stick with 205 45 16.

Yeah I got that the wrong way round! I've got 205 45 now, some people on 195 55 I think
