If I'm running on 205/45/16 size tyres could I run 3 of these and a 195/45/16 tyre? Can u do this or not? Not sure that's all

NO, If the car has ABS it can mess that up too, usually there is a difference in overall circumference between the two tyres. You would have to keep all 4 tyres the same size.
