Uprating My Speakers

Hello all

Could you answer a few questions for me please?
Ive just ordered my new headunit and I will be getting an amp and sub package soon.

I would like to uprate my 4 speakers in my 1.2 16v Dynamique

Do you know what size these are? (inches)
Whats the power of them?
Can I upgrade them to the same size so I dont have to do any cutting to door cards but still gain more power?
What make do you suggest?
Do you know of any packages, maybe Fusion? (getting fusion amp,sub)
And will I have to de-wire my tweeters?

13cm thats 5.25inches i think. i duno the power of the standard ones but u can put what u want there. u may have to cut the cup out of the pod so they fit, same size all round, i have alpine but u can get better. u dont have to dewire tweeters if u dont want 2

depends on how much you want to spend, around the £50 mark for speakers id go for Pioneers, past that Phoenix Gold Octane R, and past that, well a good set of components, ive got Planet Audio in mine

I dont mind spending a bit, just dont want to be cutting things really.

so is it possible to just change the speakers down in the doors and not the tweeters...... i understand that they dont have crossovers as such? sooooo what do we do?

If you change the fronts do it right and take the dash top off, its a 20 min job. Dead easy. Your a member so read the guide on the main site.

Get some components in there, stash the crossovers behind the dials. Its the only way man!
