did you copper grease the back of the pads? Does it feel like they're sticking in the calipers under braking?

Can you feel it through the pedal? can u describe the noise a bit better? is it a grinding or a knocking? does it get worse if u brake harder? does it sound like a loose bolt and is it only when braking u hear it? have u checked the 2 caliper bolts and the carrier bolts to make sure they aren't loose? do the pads/discs look normal? ;)

Never had that problem with any of mine before?

I woudl check everythign is seated back correctly, something may have coem undone, or you have not refitted it correctly.

Get it checked properly if your worried as brakes can become lethal if they go wrong.

it sounds like it could be the brake pad back plate is slightly under sized i have heard the same thing on my brothers car when he fitted mintex 1155 rear pads.
if so you may need to shim up the pads
