Urgent! How to remove interior trim?

I need to remove the silver trim strip on the passenger side (just above the glove box)

Does anyone know how this is removed - I am reluctant to pull/lever it off in case I break the fixings!

i can sell u one if u break it lol. Think u jus have to pull em off.

Its just a case of pullign it carefully.

You could also use a rag with a a screwdriver.
Nothing to undo - just be carefull when pulling there pretty strong tho.

They do fly off so watch out heheh
