Urgent Laptop help

Right i go to uni tomoro and i kind of need my laptop.

Just tried turning it on and it wont load anything, just comes up with this error message then restarts itself and it happens again.

WINDOWS COULD NOT START BECAUSE OF AN ERROR IN THE SOFTWARE
PLEASE REPORT THIS PROBLEM AS:
LOAD NEEDED DLLs FOR KERNAL
PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SUPPORT PERSON TO REPORT THIS PROBLEM

I can get into the BIOS but it requires a password and its nothing i can think of off the top of my head, like anything i have set or anything i can think of to do with my laptop manufacturer or windows.

Any help will be appreciated.
