US style blinkers

Can anyone help me to make my 182 headlight blinkers US style? So they have to be constantly on, but they have to go out when I need to blink. So then the normal blinking function takes over.

I think he wants his indicators permanently on but when he pushes the stalk down or up they will flash..

I don't think its Legal BTW?

Not sure if im right here, and I don't think the US have this either :S

But he wants them to remain on, and when indicating they will turn off blinking rather than on.

Surely though people would just get confused by them always on and it wouldn't be legal?

I do remember a video posted up here a few months ago with 2 clios racing in France.

One of the clios had his indicators on all the time so i'm guessing thats what he's after! Unsure how you'd do it tho?

its not hard to understand tbh, american cars when they have there lights on or braking its the same light that indecates, but the side your indecating for flashes rather than staying luminated

Reverse the relay if I'm correct. Think its big on the euro scene.

He's in Belgium so unsure of legalities. A lot of USDM stuff around my way with loads of USAF bases and they do have them on all the time i.e New BMW's

You could just put amber sidelight bulbs in as a cheap/legal method?
