USB devices not reconised...

Since updating my Windows 7 none of the front USB ports now work. When I plug my iPhone in it either says "USB device not reconised" or "The USB device can perform faster if using a USB 2.0 port"

All of my USB ports are 2.0. It's terribly slow when it does work.

I've tried -

Updating motherboard and chipset driver
BIOS driver
Unplugging everything and leaving the PC off for 10 mins
Uninstalling all devices connected via USB

Any more ideas?

It worked absolutely fine before I updated Windows. It seams to be quite a common problem.

Thankfully my mouse and keyboard still work.

Go into Device Manager, Find the item you want under USB controllers, Properties, Driver, Roll back driver.

If that doesn't work delete the device from the list then right click scan for hardware changes.
