Use of Hi Fi Control at the Steer wheel

Hello! Im a new member from HK. I want to ask can I still use the Hi fi control at the steel wheel if I use Clarion Head Set?

you have to get an audioleads or connect2 adapter for it which will cost about £50. maybe less.
