Also just realised it's a Mk2 Vee... I though they were supposed to handle much better than the mk1, so it must have taken a pretty monumental effort to lose it that badly!

Holly fook that is a high speed crash.

Luckily, that might not be the case. After rolling eight times after starting at a speed of 50mph, my car was in a worse state than that.

So lets hope it wasnt all fast
