for a good replica it should have the correct wheels rear lights, get rid of the cr*p tints but i guess that's to hide the err engine in the back?!

Wheel base is 15mm longer on a V6 compared to a 182. Unless that's your first task to sort out.. I wouldn't try!

not much difference between mine and my dads haha :p

whilst that LY rep is one of the best reps ive seen (theres a red ph2 rep which is quite good too), to the trained eye, it instantly looks like a rep. the side pods, wheels and sunroof complete give it away and to me it just looks naff, which is a shame for the effort that has gone into it.

let alone the fact that it hasnt got a 3litre engine in it.

without the engine, it just isnt a v6, its the heart of the car and the whole point of it.

ive often thought how cool it would be to put an evo engine and gearbox in the vee, lighter and more powerfull.....but it would take away its identity...much like a v6 rep would ruin a perfectly good 182.

for the cost of the work, you could just buy a v6 and you wouldnt loose out on resale value.

I remember seeing the LY at FCS last year. Honestly couldnt tell, untill i inspected it a bit. Then found the huge f**k off spacers on the back!!
