I have noticed that my reverse lights only sometimes come on. I have had the socket from the reverse switch in the gearbox off and shorted it to proved the circuits working. The problem must be with the switch. Is this a common fault, can it be fixed or just buy a new one? - If I need to fit a new one is there any special torque I need or just screw it in.
