valver bonnet to rt

hi people, putting a 16v bonnet onto an rt, just wondering though, will i have to modify the rain catcher in order for it to close properly? as the energy type engine is a different layout to the valver engine. think the catcher may hit the air filter housing. if anyones done this before would be grateful for the help, tom

Yeah IIRC you'll need to remove the raincatcher but leave the vent on...its in 2 parts.
