Valver Dials

Two oil dials on my valver (far left & middle) dont work (although the far left one jumps up when I start the engine) anyways, if I remove them could they be easily be replaced by after market dials? If so is it a big job and has anybody got any suggestions on the dials to get??

........... and another thing I have noticed that when driving and getting low on fuel the needle hits the bottom then slowly goes back up to about an 1/8 of a tank and it does this a couple of times before I need to fill up (when the light comes on), is this normal, why does it do that??

Far left one (oil level gauge) only works on ignition and intial start up.

As for the fuel gauge, the 16v has a reserve tank, so when you get low on fuel, it pumps petrol from the reserve tank into the main tank.

The far left - all it does is jump up to the top then back down again is that correct??

yes its just telling you your level of oil

is there a warning light for the petrol?? where is it?? not that i let it get that low but its nice to know

yes they sh*t lol....once u take ur dials apart its very easy to break them or that they wont work after. if u want different colour ones get a set of willy dials!

to be honest I think the sensors are knackers hence why I was gonna get different ones as they come with new sensors. Unless any body has some willy oil dials with sensors for sale?
