Damo

Yer remove the door tray and then remove the screw in the door handle release, then just give it a tug from the bottom and work your way around the edge of the door, to release the clips.

You have to push it up once you get all the screws out. it is kinda hooked over the door, a bit tricky

thanks guys

i want to grease my window runners.

i did try to undo the door pocket torq screws but a couple of them just keep turning!!

any ideas to get over this??

leigh i got my box sorted

i think they just screw into plastic clips which could be broken and just turning with the screw. Try using a flat headed screw driver to leaver the the screw head up as you turn it with the torx. If that doesnt work you might have to use something more drastic and break them.

Those screws are b******s sometimes !! I find that if you pull on the door tray and unscrew the basterds that can often release em !!

Some times a bit of brute force is needed/

Oh good box sorted = happy Damo !!

you unscrew all the screws off the door handle and side pocket then you slowly pull the door panel starting from the bottom up and unclip all the clips then once all the clips are loose you have to pull slowly or you bend or snap the panel because the panel is stuck on as well with some kind of grey gum which is really sticky stuff once thats done the only thing thats holding the panel in is the top part of the panel which should come off real easy.

yes, be careful, as it never goes back 100% perfect...............

and make sure you dont thread any of the plastic threads, cause they will spin on the spot and you wont get the door pocket up tight.
