Various scuffs and scratches

Well after owning my v6 one week, i went to clean it the other day to find lots of little scuff marks on the car that must have happend this week somehow because they werent there when i picked it up, also there seems to be quite a bit of tar down both doors and rear bumper, does anyone know of a decent paintshop that could be recommended or would you guys just go to renault?

clay will take most of the tar off if not use AG bug and tar remover and maybe scratch x for the scratches?

i've got meguairs paint cleaner, polish and wax i wonder if that will get the tar off, not had change to do anything yet because of the weather
