Very corrupt SD card, Please help... FAO computer heads

Ive got a corrupt blackberry micro sd card...

It was working one day, the phone was reset and it was corrupt the next.

Its been sat in my drawer for a month but i really need a doc file i stored on there now...

The card itself doesn't even register as a card i dont think... ive tried a few different card recovery programs such as recovery my files and ZAR...

Ive got it in an SD adapter... on the pc

It wont recognise it, I cant format it...

Is there anything i can do?

Please help me !!

Ive read into it a bit more today and the control chip could be fried?

Its such a small card id imagine data recovery would be expensive and not always successful..

I was hoping for an easy fix!
