i have been looking at something like this to change with the m3 and have been advised by rs tuning that the 140 is the better one to go for as it doesnt have the partical filter restricting things .

yes, but you can delete the DPF s**te off milltek have a kit for it, so you can hirt 220bhp+ as shown here with 350lbft.
