Vibrating mirror glass

Hi the mirror glass vibrates when I am driving on my Clio. It looks to be movement in the motor I think,

is there a cure for this or is it just a new unit

I had this problem also, for me new unit fixed it. But i did put up with it for a long time and its quite annoying!

I thought that was just clios in general both my mk3s had/have it
