Vibration...

I fitted some alloys a week or 2 ago.
problem is now...when i get above 65mph the steering wheel seems to vibrate in 7 second intervals(at a guess) the nuts are tight as they can be(although there is only 3 on one sideon the front) all 4 have been balanced(which solved it slightly) but im still getting vibrations threw the wheel and slightly on the peddles. they are multi fitment alloys apparently.
size is 205/45zr/16
any advise will be greatly accepted....

i would get that missing nut replaced, and then perhaps checking out side walls of the tyres for damage.

i had a bulge in a front tyre side wall from kerbing it on a round about (dont ask!), and it vibrated quite violently, similarly as you describe.

deffinatly no buldges in the side of the tyres and i'm gonna replace them all next payday hopefully...
