Video Streaming?

Is there anyway I can record live video streams? Namely BBC live news, my dad's project was on there and he missed it, so i wanted to email it to him. Any ideas?

Download firefox and use the plugin called 'Videodownloader' (Search on the extensions/plugins section of the firefox homepage

Just tried and the BBC streams arent supported dude so i dont know any other solution...

Unless you can find the same video hosted elsewhere that videodownloader supports i dont think you can do it... Can you not just send him the link??

It supports video and mp3's along with flash files to i think??
