Was pretty pleased with mine, and would recommend the 182 mani to anyone with a 172....managed consistant Sub 6 secs 0-60 with a best of 5.39 (same as a new S4 according to Evo )

are you using a modified decat or sports cat with 182 manifold mate,how did you get on fitting it mate or did somone fit it for you

Sorry just been out...Mods are Exhaust/decat/182mani, Rsport ecu, BMC airfilter with no cold airfeed (not ideal but just haven`t got round to sorting it out) Just the rear seats out. Someone fitted the mani for me so I`m not sure what was involved...he only took 1 1/2 hours to do it...great mechanic.

My times weren`t that good on the day, although everyone was suffering so maybe just a bit windy up the track..best on the day was a 14.3 @ 96.5 iirc

And Dave...yeah it has to be the worst idea ever....they`ve done nothing where you queue up which would be better...97mph over chippings is daft...I`d imagin guys with expensive motors doing a lot higher speeds would be well pissed
