Viewing Clios on Saturday

  Ibiza FR
On saturday I'm off to view 7 clios :D
my first car so I'm obviously excited!

They're all dynamique 1.2, some silver, some black and one blue as I am still unsure about colour, im steering towards silver though!
I was just wondering if there are any things in particular that I will need to look out for when viewing them?

any feedback would be great,

Mitch

get a 54plate onwards 1.2 clio, early 1.2 16vs are a nightmare, ie throttle bodies fuk up and injection looms fuk up etc

good luck

General wear and tear really. Check for wet patches on the shocks etc., any worn-in grooves on the brake discs, that the sunroof doesn't leak, that the seats slide easily, that it has a full service history, a spare key and stereo code, that the central locking works, that the paint is in good condition...

I could go on forever, but as Mark says, just get a feel for the car and a HPI check; you should be able to tell if it's been looked after.

Take it for a drive, it's all well and good looking at it, but you won't know for sure til you've been out in it.

Hope you get a good one :)
