Can anyone tell me where abouts i can find the vin number on a 96 p reg 1.2 mk1 phase 3 clio cause i cant find it at all

Under the bonnet i'd imagine, Look around the bulkheads.

I've had a really good look cant see it at all

Just looked on my mot certificate though and found it on there so dont matter
