Vinyl Number Plate?

I'm looking for someone to make me a "stick" on number plate that's as legal as possible just plain with my reg plate.

Anyone do this, or know where I can get this done?

Fancy plates or gtgrafix.

Rick considered this for the front. But the holes under the plastic bits are massiveeee
