Viper Stripe Extermination

How easy is it to remove these? Got my eye on a car but will only buy it if they can remove the stripes without any sign of marking etc. Any advice would be most welcome

iv had history with viper stripes mate, nasty thing pulled all the paint off my bonnet lol
ive been told use a heat gun/hairdrier wo heat the stripes before pulling them off and it should be ok
