Visor trim thingy

I put my visor down today, the trim crunched a little and now won't stay in place, it looks like a bits broken off.
So, are you able to buy the cover trim bit separate to the visor, is it just called a trim and how do I remove the visor?

Good idea but id rather fix it properly if possible.
