Vista Error - Cant get a fix. Ideas?

Keep Getting error C00D11B1 in Vista Ulitmate.

Its when im trying to watch WMP videos via IE or FF. Cant find a true fix for this so thought i would ask here.

Ive reset the DRM, cache, DRM cache and done the untick the exclusive sound. Oh and i do have a Realtek Audio device on board.

Anyone got the fix?

Do you have problems with all video?

No, its streaming video. It works fine on my XP and on another vista pc.

So its something to do with my Ultimate machine.

Its not a codec issue, tried and tried exactly same codecs on both machines.

As the help thing suggests have you tried to update the driver?

Yes, im not a normal user. In fact ive tried everything i can think of, appart from get a PCI EX card now.

Also, completely cleared the Cache from IE, heard people solving this issue with clearing the IE cache strangly
