Getting F7R'd next weekend?
Jesus. I’m surprised the wheels aren’t square. Was it free?
Ha! Cool, what’s the plans? Was the other a 360 with the valves lump?
Those seats [emoji30][emoji30] you need Volvo help!
Did you get that from Nottingham by any chance?
Boston !
It's easier to get to the f**king moon !
Jesus. I wouldn't have put my kids in that thing.
I like these.
Correct transmission, incorrect number of doors. Needs a new engine.
Not gonna lie, i wouldnt put my wife in that thing, let alone my kids, if i had any.
Ignoring the fact that its not really my scene, surely compared to modern machinery, its not particularly safe?
I don’t think it’s safe by modern standards. To be fair, it’s probably not safe by 80s standards either.
Weren't Volvo famous for their safety innovations? They were crash testing cars to a much higher standard than anyone else way before ENCAP came along, I bet that thing holds up way better in an accident than the contemporaries of it's day, tbh it probably holds up better than a Saxo or a mk1 Clio, also there's loads of classics that would fold like a empty Coke can in an accident, doesn't stop people enjoying their classic Mini's, mk1 Golf's or classic Fords.
I'd have kept the 940 tbh.
Just have to make sure you crash your classic Volvo into a new car then, problem solved.New cars are supposed to crumble, taking the force of the impact. Old volvos were build like tanks and thos transferred crash forces onto the passengers
