warranty at service

Ive done a search but couldnt find the exact answer

basically my car is due for its service soon, since its last service the owner before me changed the brakes/clutch and put an IK on

Im just wondering if renault wont look kindly on this and bring the warranty into question? as it stands, the car doesnt need any warranty work doing, its just the service, so they are gonna notice the IK at least when they go to change the filter lol

What do u think? im not too bothered at the moment because as i say nothing needs doing at the mo, and plus it runs out in a years time anyway

you should be fine they just wont change the filter, i dont think they will make a note, its hardly a big modification. if you left it on they may for instance say a faulty maff sensor wont be covered due to the IK but a faulty windscreen wiper motor, wont be affectd by an ik
